You asked, I answered
Really good staff who genuinely care . They helped us navigate the area and even assisted with our luggage to the 2nd floor. The close proximity to Earl's Court tube station makes exploring the city effortless. Rooms are well-lit and spacious, but be prepared for limited breakfast choices.

Very good location in Earls Court in a quite street off the busy Earls Court Rd, a 2 min walk to the tube station. Very friendly staff, both reception and housekeeping that I've encountered. The room was lovely and very clean, lcd tv in the room that I thought was a nice bonus for all those rainy days. Found it a lovely small establishment with a very special crafted feel to it and very comfortable
Tiny walk-in shower - was ok for me with my frame although I could hardly move, but for an average or heavier-built person it could be impossible to even get in. No stairs and rooms may be as far up as the 3rd floor up a few windy and quite steep flights of stairs, so probably not the best choice for a large family with lots of luggage or the elderly unless lower floor accomodation may specifically be provided

The weather was very good, had very good stay. Breakfast was satisfactory, room was adequate. The location in a very friendly area was brilliant and top and there were supermarkets and shops nearby.
The breakfast definitely could be included.

My family had an enjoyable stay, with the kids loving the spacious room and the really nice hot water in the shower. The hotel offers cozy spots for downtime and a charming little patio to unwind in the evenings. The only downside was the lack of nightstands, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. 🌟

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was small but comfortable, clean and warm. Free wireless internet was very useful and actually worked.
I booked a double in the hope that it might have a bath but I understand that these are only available in the family rooms. Perhaps it might be useful to highlight this on the website.

The hotel was modest, I greatly enjoyed bright rooms and ideal staff. The venue had a very central setting to the local underground station. I tried quick meals at Mcdonald's Earl, within 500 feet of the hotel...
